First Capital Consumers Group ripoff scam liars Buffalo New York

I received a phone call from one of the First Capital telemarketers regarding a Master or Visa credit card. It was a promotion indicating that I was elgible to receive one or the other credit cards and in addition I would receive a free cell phone and computer which was a
big fat lie.

I finish the process that was necessary to activate this card. I was ask to give information about my bank account in order for me to receive the card. This was a big fat lie and total deception because the telemarketer never mention that I would be receiving a package
of some sort , then I would have to call some number to get the card and pay more money to activate it. The computer and the cell phone was the same way I would have to sign up for cell phone and computer internet service.

I called First Capital to find out I could receive a refund because I was not happy with what I received and couldn't benefit from this deceiving package that was sent to me. I was told to fax my statement where the money was taken out of my account, a letter why I was unable to benefit from it. I did this and was told that I would receive a refund within 5 days but never did.

I then begin to write letters to the company and never received any response. I got fed-up paying out money on different occasions wasting it on postal mailing , received erroneous mailing addresses given to me by a operator from First Capital. I also made several
phone calls charging up my phone and leaving voice messages with no response to any of my messages.

I would definitley like to have the business bureau close these kind of Rip-off companies down. I have suffered a big lost financially from this big deception.
