First Capital Consumers Group ripoff consumer fraud

I received a call saying I am approved for a credit card with $2,000 limit said he need $199.00 from me.I said I don't have it he said I will send you the card anyway.You will get the card first then he gave me a pin number to withdraw the $199.00 from the card,to put in my checking account,but the card never came.on may 16,2002 the card still never came,but he took the $199.00 from my checking account anyway.I call the number but the number was fake.

I got an envolpe full of junk mail,so I sent the envolpe full of junk mail back to sender.The sender is a packaging company that knew nothing about them,and that's how I found you hope this stops with me.please help I am a mother of five children I can't afford to lose a $199.00 .
