FIRST CAPITAL SECURITIES INC/MS HELEN CAMPBELL (CLAIM AGENT) DAVID NEWTON (PROMOTION MANAGER) SENT ME A CHECK OF 4875 DOLLARS TELLING ME I WON 125,000.00 USD I HAVE TO PAY THEM 2975 FOR THE GOVERNMENT TAX AND THAT IT HAS TO BE PAID BY MONEY GRAM OR WESTERN UNION DIRECTLY TO THE CLAIM AGENT.WHEN THE WINNING IS PROCESSED I WILL RECIEVE MY FINAL CHECK OF 125,125 LUMP AND WILL BE DELIVERED BY FEDEX... THE LAST PARAGRAPH IS WHAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION TO BE A HOAX BECAUSE IT SAYS DO NOT ATTEMPT CHATHAM Ontario

I CHECKED ON LINE AND SURE ENOUGH THERE ARE REPORTS CONFIRMING FRAUD. THANK GOD I DIDNT DEPOSIT THE CHECK OR SEND THEM THE TAX MONIES. BEWARE EVERYONE!!!! ITS CLOSE TO THE HOLIDAYS AND THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM RIP OFF ARTISTS. Port St Lucie Florida
