First Capital Consumers Group is a ripoff. Bel AIR, Maryland

I had to call First Capital Consumers Group many times but got no response. I was finally sent a super savings book which is marked 199.95, and they said they would send me my credit cards .....

Called several times, they did not respond. finally told them i would contact my atty. if i didn't recieve credit card as promised, or my 199.00 back.

recieved a super savings coupon book , marked 199.95 sugg. retail price. they told me soon as check cleared, which it did , June 12th 2002 i would recieve credit card 2 weeks later, it is now July 11th 2002, and no credit card as promised.

on fixed income, i am so embarrassed, i trusted them. hope i can recieve my 199.00 back, i learned my lesson.
