First Choice Design Inc Ordered MS Office 2010 from FirstChoice Design - faulty activation code Internet

 I odered MS Office Professional Plus 2010 on 1/13/13.  I received download instruction even though I ordered a software via a disk.  The authorization codes were difficult for acceptance but ultimately were accepted by MS.  AS with all computers there was a crash by 2 of the three computers where my license covered.  I had to re-install MS Office Professional Plus 2010 on the two computers that crashed and attempt to activate them via the authorization code.  It did not function, it was rejected by MS. 

I then contacted MS for a new activation code to re-activate the software on the same machine where it was originally installed - OK I received a new code and it was accepted to activate the product.  The second computer that crashed I also re-installed the MS Office Professional Plus 2010 and tried to enter the original authorization code, it was rejected as before.  I contacted MS for a replacement authorization code and I was told the third party seller sold me a developer version of the software and they would not give me a new authorization code and that I must proceed to contact the seller to get refund as the product is an invalid product since it is not in the posession of a registered developer.

I tried to send e-mail to complain of the issue to First Choice Design and the email address is no longer functional, e-mails returned as undeliverable and I am out $139.99 that I paid for the software. Stay away from First Choice Design  or Professional Networks Design Inc, (name on the PayPal payment receipt) as they are not trustworthy companies to deal with.
