First Choice Power RIPOFF ALERT Houston Texas

Warning to anyone who has, or is considering FIRST CHOICE POWER as there electric provider. Major ripoff. These people will take YOUR MONEY. Their billing practice is so bad. Customer service is the pits. I feel so stupid that I stayed with them for six years. Rather then go into any great detail, let me just say. impossible to deal with! Always say, "yes it's our fault but the computer won't let me correct it. BS. Sporadic incomplete billing, can't even tell you why or what most charges are for. Get a huge bill every other month for two months of charges. (sound familiar to anyone?) Then say you have four day's to pay. or lights out! Out of control. I finally gave up, called around to other providers only to feel really. stupid I didn't switch years ago.

No kidding, I called (5) five competing providers to compare First Choice and all five just - LOL - laughed out loud when I read how much I was being charged. Not sure if they were laughing because I was paying it!

Shop around, but skip this one unless you like crapping in the dark!
