I received a phone call from a company.Their offer sounded to good to be true, but i accepted the offer. Allowed them to take $296 out of my checking account. I had their phone number, tried to call several times at all times of the day (including in the middle of the night), it was always busy, I have since then lost their phone number.
I am a single mom of three kids trying to raise them properly, I do not receive a dime from their father. And things like this really bite into a budget, and all I wanted to do was start repairing my stupid credit that my ex husband messed up!!!
I wish someone out there could help stop people like these so as some of us could actually restart out lives the right way.
thank you

File an UNauthorized debit (ACH) at your bank
AUTHOR: Donna - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, July 12, 2003
PLEASE.....ANYONE that has been scammed by them, call PhoneBusters at 1-888-495-8501 and File a complaint with the FTC at WWW.FTC.GOV
File an UNauthorized debit (ACH) at your bank, (you only have a certain amount of time to do this) Close your account, and open a new one, with new account numbers, they have many affiliates they "share" this information with, and they WILL continue to debit using these other DBA's.
Calling the company will only be a waste of time, unless you want to hear some LIES.
