First Class Travel Failed to disclose terms and conditions, then treid to collet 4 years later! Coral Springs Florida

First class travel called to say I owed them $400.00 for failing to go on a second time share tour with there company. When I asked for proof they sent me a terms and condition, that was not sighned by me. Also failed to give me proof I even went on a trip with them. They threated to damage my good credit if i did not send them $400.00. Then they tried to trap me into paying and said if I go on another time share tour they would give me back most of my money. This first of all is herrasment and also they never proved that they gave me there terms and conditions! Plus what vacation tour makes you go on a tour with them at the time of the vacations and says you have to go on another one within 4 years later? In most cases Time share companies say your not eligible to tour for a year or so later! This sound like fraud!
