I was called by First Class Travel in Nov. of 2008 saying I didn't fulfill my contract with them on a trip I took in 2004. They threated to ruin my good credit if I did not pay them $400.00 at the time of the call. They said all I had to do was one more tour and they would refund me my $400.00. Sounded simple. Stupid, stupid me I believed them. We went to Orlando for Christmas to visit my son so we would do the tour then. Then sent me the info for the tour and we went.

I called them to tell them we did the tour in Jan. 2009. What happened next was unbelieveable. When you call there you have to give your name. I was then conected to Mike in legal. I told him I did my tour and before I could finish explaining the conversation turned. I was told I was due no refund and I was trying to scam there company. I could not get in a word. I relized now they use this technique to get you confussed and angry. I have never been through a conversation lke that and can hardly describe it.

The conversation ended with Mike telling me he would personally get my check out to me for only $200.00 just so he would not hear from me again and if he did they would get me for harressment and civil fraud action against me. I just wanted it to end so I agreed.

I waited about a month and still know check so I started calling. I was told in March the check was being sent out the next day. A week later Mike Green called to say legal was sending me a letter.

The letter was so unbelievable I gave it to my lawyer. He called and talked to Mike Green. Or tried to. Mike kept talking over him and would not let him talk. Finally someone new what I went through. Mke Green (Dr. Christopher Green) told my lawyer to send them a letter requesting copies of the contracts I was to have signed and anything else they had that determind there decision not to refund me my $400.00.

We sent out certified letters to First Class Travel and Executive Travel twice and they would not except them. We also faxed the request. We verified the address with Mike Green and still they came back.

I checked with Better Business Bureau and they have a F rating. How could a company like this still be in business. The answer is because of people like me. Naive, trustworthy, and stupid.
