In short--DO NOT WORK WITH THEM or GIVE THEM INFORMATION
They are sure fast to communicate initially. I contacted them in becoming a cardholder (not a buyer). They were responsive to answer my calls, texts, and emails. Then after I sent some of my information to them they did repsond to say that they were busy (which is fine) and that the paperwork was recieved via mail.
I have not heard back since. I have called numerous times, emailed numerous times, and sent texts to them saying to give me a call when they got a chance. I get automated messages the same as the other guy that posted here with the "at lunch" or "on the other line with a customer." I don't know how you can be on lunch at 2pm and at 5pm in the same day, but cannot make a 2min call.
In regards to cardholders--DO NOT work with them or give them your personal information.
In regards to people looking to raise their credit score--DO NOT work with them or give them your personal information.
They will not respond after they get what they want. Maybe this will get them to respond if they are a legitimate company and may update if needed.

The report is false.
I don't want to spend to much of my rebuttling this comment as it was truely a form of miscommunication between a potential cardholder and Mike. We went on vacation and then there was a hurricane here in Florida so there were several days we were out of the office or the office was closed. We ensured that all orders were processed with our admin team on the backend but were not taking on new clients and cardholders at that specific two week period. I can see why the potential cardholder may have felt this way. I'm happy to report that this cardholder is currently working with us and is a great cardholder. Also happy to report that this cardholder contacted Rip Off Report to tell him he jumped the gun and put a report out on our business that was ficticious and wanted to take it down. Rip off report informed him that they will not take it down. Hmmm that in itself should be it's own Rip Off - Report.
