I am OUTRAGED,Again Im writing about this fruadulent company!!!! I have been a consumer to First consumer National bank for almost 2 years!!!!! I stoped gettin invoices months ago but continued sending in my payments as due. In June of this year I mailed in my payment as any other month on the 20th, my due date was the 25th I noticed it was around the third week in July and my payment still had not posted to my account.

I then began looking into this. I tried calling the 800 number I originally had for them and got a busy signal for a week..then I decided, ok maybe they have a new number or a different number I could use thats when I checked here and found all these reports against them. Since my inital investigation I have found this bank is closed. I didnt know what do do with Julys payment so I sent it in under the advice of my lawyer (he said continue sending in payments because someone will pick up their accounts and you dont want to get behind)So I did just that.

I mailed in Julys payment on the 20th and a week later noticed my June check finially posted to my account. NOW Yesterday out of the BLUE I get an invoice from cardmemember services for more than double my normal payment due to late charges!!

I THOUGHT ARE THESE PEOPLE FOR REAL!!!! I wasnt LATE IVE NEVER BEEN LATE!!!!

I am OUTRAGED I DONT EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY.

MY LOAN WAS for a computer I purchased through Gateway and Intela-purchase and somehow ended up with bills from First Consumer National Bank Of Portland Oregon.

That is where I have sent my last 21 payments and my loan amount was for $1900.00 the computer was only $1800.00 but the company gave me a loan for $1900.00 with payments of $54.00 a month.

Ive made 21 payments and the new invoice I recieved yesterday says my balance is still $1600.00 IM SOOOOOOO OUTRAGED

I DONT KNOW WHERE TO TURN OR WHO TO CALL!!!!!

I did try an 800 # posted here and the women was very sweet and helpfull unfortuatley her bank was not the bank that took over accounts in NY and the only number she had was an automated number!!!

IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT I CAN DO PLEASE HELP!!! I too would be willing to start a class action suit so please contact me on this report so we can ALL get together and get some ANSWERS we SOOOO DESERVE!!!!
