Fcnb offered to help me get back on my feet offering a card with a high credit limit, and high annual fee. As of their bankruptcy there is no phone number available. I still owe them but I can't use my card but they have no problem putting a $69.00 annual fee on it or a 22.99% interest charge on it while there is no one to talk to about it. Right before they went bankrupt they went ahead and almost doubled my credit limit.
