In reading these complaints against FCNB I see that I am not alone!
I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (overseers of the Fair Credit Act) and included the web address of ripoffreport.com so they can see the other complaints. I suggest everyone so the same to let them know of the vast problem developing with FCNB.
