I received a letter from FCNB last February that they were closing my account. They did not give me a reason why. I made my payment on March. Then I received a bill from them in April and charged me $35.00 for late payment and $35.00 for overlimit fee.

First of all, I made my payment on time and for some reason they didn't cash my check for weeks which is very unusual for FCNB. They've been charging me $35.00 a month since April for overlimit fee. This has been a real nightmare for me, my husband being unemployed for over a year. And then, a big company like FCNB ripping me off every month.

I tried calling them, unfortunately, there's no one available to take the call. Please help. What they're doing is illegal and they should be punished.
