Conversation ensued into the fee structure where she identified several other administrative fees which she could not explain and did not know what they were for.  I advised that other services (Google Checkout) didn't charge these fees and she became extremely offensive with me and refused to speak with me further.  Eventually, she hung up the phone.

This is a classic example of a large corporation just charging clients fake fees.  Their conduct is fraudulent and unethical and I will assuredly advise my clients away from their services.  Customers looking for credit card processing need to ask many questions and evaluate services before subscribing to one.  The State of GA and/or FBI should investigate this organization for the countless fraudulent fees charged to clients.  This is a textbook corporate fraud and the type of conduct that results in class action lawsuits.
