Like hundreds of other scam victims, me too, have been in a 4 year contract with this thieves. One year ago I finaly paid off everything and returned the wireles credit card terminal and got receipts from this idiots clearly stating that everything is paid in full and another receipt stating that they have received the credit card terminal back. So here I am thinking that finally I finished dealing with this thieves, But boy I was wrong. One Year later, I noticed a $30 charge on my bank account. The company that charged me was FDGL - First Data. So my wife called First Data to ask about the charges. For the first few minutes the guy from First Data had no idea why there was any charges. Then he replied that "those charges are Property Taxes!!!" Property Tax??? There is no such thing. When my wife told him that we have receipts from last year saying that everything was paid in full, this idiot hung up the phone and never answered again.

So, First of all, Never Rent / Lease any credit card terminals from this thieves when you can get one for Free from other companies. That's right for Free!!! Second, Never deal with First Data at all, there are over 250 pages of complaints / rip off reports on this company. And the last, after dealing with these guys, Monitor your bank account closelly for illegal charges by these guys or better yet, if your bank supports it, put this company's name "never pay" list. Tell your bank to never let this company to charge Anything on your account.

After the $30 illegal charges, I contacted my bank and told them that I have receipts from FDGL saying that everything is paid in full one year ago and that FDGL says it's a "Property Tax", my banker told me that there is no such thing as property tax in this case and right away refunded my $30 and included FDGL-First Data in never pay list.

I  am a victim also to the scam of FDGL(First Data Global Leasing) or PFC (Payment Solutions).  They are in it together, you talk to Payment Solutions they promise you the moon and back, that is how they get you to sign the contract and bam, that is the last you will get from them.  We did sign the contract with the understanding that the equipment and  Payments Solutions had to be compatible with our software.   We received the equipment and tried setting it up and found that it would only work on a single work station, which would not work for us.  Also, we found out that our software tells us who you go through with your credit cards.   We did send the equipment back to where it was shipped.  We thought that was all we had to do, oh no.  They took the one charge of $40.27 off a month but they told us that we signed a contract for 4 years and $90.10 would be taken out of our account until it was paid.  We tried fighting this when it happened and got no where and at that time our bank was changing their name so they couldn't help us.  Now two years later I am trying to fight it again.  They are the most unprofessional people I have ever tried dealing with.  FDGL is nothing more than a Financial Collection.  Payment Solutions is nothing more than a scam to get you to sign a contract.  Beware of any contract that you have to sign.  Since then I have used many other credit card processors and most of them are on a day to day or even a month to month, NEVER a contract and you NEVER have to buy or rent the equipment.   When you are in business you try to get the biggest bang out  a buck, but with people like this you will never get ahead.  Please read all of the RIP OFFS on FDGL and PFC before you ever think of doing business with either one.  They are dishonest and when it comes to finding them you can't .
