       I had changed my credit card process sericve on April . First Data was not mentioned when I signed with my last processor. so now I have to have a lease with them for 48 months . They start charge on my bank account for $ 32.54 . On July 11 2014 I told my bank I don't know this charged , so they put a stop payment on it . on july 17 I receive a letter from first data said I miss my payment , that how I found out I have lease with them, so I removed the stop payment right away and I contact with customer service tell them the stop payment had removed and I have the banker fax them a letter said that  my account is open and have money . On a same day the I asked the company do I have to pay for it , or you will charge me on my bank account ? she said they will charge on the account $43.39 ( including late fee ) , I said ok 

       On July 25 2014 I receive another letter said I didn't pay for it , then they charge me another $ 10.85 late fee , so I get really upset . I called them again , they told me ok we will take care of it . I asked them to remove the late fee on July 25 , they said no , n said it my fault . How that can be my fault ? so after that I check my bank online again , they never try to sumit the payment . So I called my bank to ask , my banker said they didn't even try to process any payment from my account . So I called them on July 31 and they said ok they will take care . Now this company keep charging late fee on me every week . Even today August 11 2014 I just talked to them again they said my payment is go up to 88.59 . 

       They said they will charge back on my account since July 18 but instead of that they keep charge me late fee . It doesn't matter I called them every week , they said they take care already but they did not STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .
