The letter below is what I wrote to First Electronic Bank after several calls concerning my $42.00 balance that they added $15.00 fees and wanted to charge me $15.00 more to pay the account off.


I have asked to speak to a supervisor several times and I have been told that there is none available, I have called in different times of the day, and same comment and I have been transferred to a voice mail, I have left my phone number and my name and no one has called.


It is obvious that you are a bank and your only interest is to get paid and that if payment is not made on time that you must take collection action, and I am not complaining about a phone call to me, but the attitude of the collector does in fact bother me, there was no disrespect by the collector but there was a non caring manner and I am sure that it is a company policy to answer negative to get a positive and without care of the reasoning.


I will not explain on this letter why my payment was not sent to you on time and I am not giving an excuse but there is a reason and someone has to care, not just charge late fees or collection fees or all the charges that you can come up to ad to your high interests, I use the Frys card because of convenience only and because I believe in the company, but it is a pity that such a large company like Frys has to use a bank that has no Customer Relations Department to speak to or to at least air out the problem.


Now that I have had this problem I have been looking in the banking commission complaints and other sources and I found that I am not the only one with problems with your bank and your system.


I am going to send a copy of this letter to Frys Corporate along with my research which you probably dont care and it makes no difference because you are a repeat offender, that will never get cured based on quantity and not quality.


If you answer my letter it will be appreciated if you dont shame on you, since everything that goes around comes around remember CircuitCity. Ups they dont exist any more Why???
