Joined FFUSA as an Agent in early 2007. Was attracted by their "Give Back" program which offers to donate 10% of their margin on accounts you sign up, to any legitimate charity/non profit 501.C.3 entity the client nominates. Discovered money paid to these charities amounts to nickels & dimes each month with no way to obtain data on how the amounts "given back" were calculated.

Chuck Fowler is the aggressive pitch man who brags about how much money he makes as VP Sales at FFUSA. Come to find out, a big chunk of that money comes from unpaid commissions to Agents who either fail to sign up at least 3 new a/c's per month or who give up and immediately lose all future commissions on a/c's they signed up while at FFUSA. Chuck gets those until those clients change to another MSP company. Nice gig!

Customer Service and Tech Support is horrible; difficult to get through, no returned calls, rude employees who appear overwhelmed by the volume of calls they have to handle and with no real authority to correct mistakes made by FFUSA. These mistakes cost their clients money which is virtually impossible to get refunded or credited back to their bank a/c.

Clients who trusted me and signed up with FFUSA are still struggling to make sense of the monthly charges some of which they themselves cannot explain when called upon to do so. Beacuse they have access to the client's bank a/c into which credit & debit card proceeds are deposited, they are able to "debit" your bank a/c or deduct whatever they want to from credit & debit card sales revenue that is due to the client and then give you the run around if you call them on it. Give this company a wide berth either as a Sales Agent or as a client; they are totally unscrupulous.

FFUSA contacted me

AUTHOR: Anne - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, November 30, 2009

Thank you so much for the info posted.  I received an email from FFUSA regarding employment. I did get one of their conference calls and it all did sound too good to be true.  I have no experience in the industry, yet they tagged my resume on one of the job boards.

I am glad I read this before I committed to something that would be a total waste of my time.
