First Franklin Foreclosure Baytwon Texas

My problem started when my home owners renewed First Franklin said they never received the update policy so they put force insurance on my loan. My payment went up 1200 a month after 90 days they started to foreclose on my property. I made a payment agreement with First Franklin and told they lady that I have alway had insurance and my payment should be 1200 less a month she said i had to work that out with the escrow dept. I sent my policy and they said it would be taken care of after three months nothing was done. I contuined to make the high payments for three months knowing that i had made up all past due payments. The last payment on this agreement was 3900.00 I could not come up with that ,my normal payment is 1600 a month I tried working with them over the numbers and they still had the escrow all screwed up .

The will not work with me and my home will be foreclosed on 05/05/09. They will not even tell me how much it will cost to bring the loan current with their numbers. I had them send me my payment history and they still show the escrow wrong and are missing the last three payments that I wired them. I really think they want to foreclose on my home
