First Guardian National Bank Fraudulent Ripoff Business Took money out of my checking and didn't send me anything Buffalo New York

This company offers to help you fix your credit by offering two credit cards with extremely low interest rates (Visa and MasterCard). They will try to setup up a transaction date which they will transfer funds from your account.

They never pick up the phone for customer service but there voice mail picks up. The voicemail message will start out with Thank you for calling customer service
They don't even mention the name of the company that you would be receiving customer service with.

When you sign up they will stress to you that they can cancel the order or post the date to a later time as long as you call before the date in which your money is transferred. I called 3 days before the transfer date to cancel and the woman that answered the phone assured me that it would be taken care of.

My account balance suddenly dropped on the date they had setup and I can no longer get a hold of them.

It has been 20 days now since the transfer date and I have yet to see anything in my mail box, nor a response back from the numerous voicemail messages that I have left.

I am now going to change my account number along with filing out a dispute with the bank to try to retrieve the money back.
