first house financial took my money won't give back my refund. California

i signed up with this company because i was looking to either rent an apartment or take over a loan.on a forcloser home . i paid $150they said if i am not satificed with it i can cancle my account an get my refund back..after two week of trying an looking at the list i notice something was wrong when they said i have to write the landlord to get a reply an set a veiwing date. i was also getting run arounds so i cancle the account an requested a refund the made me fill out a form.on line stating why i wanted to closed the account which i did. they then sent the check out but i never got it they told me i need to fill out the same form i did .i did it anyway they sent me an email say they sent it out ab i should recieve it in 5-10 business days  its been five months an i have not recieve it i called today anthey put me on hold,they told me i need to read the users information an that can can call an aak for a auperviosor all but they wint tranfer me .i am highly futstrated. these people are rubbers and wicked.
