Jason Kim from Seoul, Korea is a trader for scrap metals and plastics scrap.  This is his real name. he is a one man company. He sent out an offer to us told us that he got over 100MT of sealed unit. and he demanded us to take all the quantity at once, no trail load allowed even for new buyers. and he demanded us to pay 30% deposit on all 100MT.  he sent out proforma invoice to us very quickly and keep calling us to make deposit payment, and ensured us that he will start the loading within 2 weeks.   His callings for deposit seems too desperated, we thought this was kind of suspicious, so we refused to take 100MT and refused to accept CNF. We proposed that only do 2-3 load with FAS basis which will lower the cost and risk a little. and he finally agreed with 3 containers.

After deposit is sent to him, he stopped emailing us completely. we called to check when he can load, he just told us he should be ready next week, when next week comes, we called again, he pushed it to another week again and this was going on for over a month time and later on, he said due to scrap metals crisis, now his seller has to delay loading. We asked him how scrap metals crisis related to loading as material was already sitting at the warehouse before we confirmed this order, it should be very easy to load. he has nothing to say but telling us, not to worry, he will push his seller to load soon.

After few more weeks, he doesn't answer phone anymore, and we just had to email him instead, he replied that his seller took his deposit and run now he can't find this seller anymore. We demanded him to refund our deposit as we were dealing with him not his seller, he should be responsible to our deposit. he said he can't return our deposit since his seller took his deposit, if the seller not returning his deposit, he can't return us. We told him that we can order something else from him to deduct our deposit from the order. Surprisingly he demanded another deposit from us for the new order, since he can't offset our initial deposit for the new order.  of course he disappear completely at the end.

You all in this scrap metals and plastics scrap business needs to pay attention to this Jason Kim from First international CO. out of Seoul Korea. He does HMS 1/2 and also demand buyer to make big deposit but himself will never send deposit to anyone.  since he is a one man company, he could have serverals companies name and keeps on changing company name but his name Jason Kim is real, just be careful with this name.

We will spread about this company all over internationally.

We hope this message can help all of you save yourself from being scammed by this guy.
