Where do I begin...I'm sure this has happened to many as well. They prey on the poor and fianacially desperate people like myself. It all happened on Novemeber 29th, 2004....I aswered the phone and a lady by the name of "Kaila Richardson" (Verification Officier), was on the line and she was sweet and nice and had this great offer to give and I listened to the speal and it sounded solid and true and like many others it was close to Christmas and my daughters computer that was old had broke in October. So, this offer for the free Gateway computer and a UNSECURED credit card for $2500 would be coming in 7-10 days....I gave them the required checking account info they nedded and told them on the 10th of Dec I got paid, they said NO PROBLEM...we will wait till then to extract the $354.90 from our account. They did and after 14 days I called, they said that It would be 14-21 days not the 7-10.

I waited again and in 21 days I called, they told me they had to be "WORKING BUSINESS" days, which means Mon-Fri only. I waited till the 10th of January 2005 to call and explained I have not got my package yet. They said it was sent and I should be getting it shortly, well I waited and waited...still no package. I called again on Jan. 20th and Jan. 27th and Feb. 4th and now again on Feb. 9th, 2005....I have NO PACKAGE yet.....I have cried, sweared and beat myself up over this....I am usually careful about these things but this company has got me. I partially blame myself, but they are the real ones to blame. They STEAL from the disadvantaged and the financially challenged. Does the Government do anything about these type of businesses? I have asked the company for a refund and they said that I had to do this 4 days BEFORE they extracted the money from my bank account. It has been 60days now and I have not received anything from them.

I am writting the Attorney General and the Post Master General in my area, hopefully I can get a response from them. Hope this turns out legible and understandable. I am VERY frustrated and feel violated.
