I went in for gel/shellac on my nails. The man who did it did a horrible job. The paint is bubbly, uneven, and peeling two days later. It is also sloppy around my fingers. When I went back two days later he was extremely rude. He refused to get me back in to redo it at a time that was convenient for me, insisting that I work around their schedule. When I asked for a refund both he and the manager Linda refused, saying that "the service industry doesn't give refunds." What about paying for a service you didn't receive? I paid for a quality manicure and it looks like a kindergartner painted my nails. Needless to say I won't be back, and I would caution anyone against using their services. Worst customer service experience ever. I can't believe they are still in business.

As mentioned in the report, Brittany came in to get a gel/Shellac. She was suggested that she needed a manicure but refuse to get a gel manicure ($40) and just went with the gel polish change ($25) instead.  She returned the following day and asked for a refund, but I offered to fix her polish for her instead after I was finished with the client I was currently working on. Our business depends on mainly walk-ins, so at the time Brittany came in for a repolish, I told her that we cannot take her in right away because we have other clients ahead that had already been waiting an hour.  she expected us to skip everyone and fix her nails immediately, which will upset other clients currently waiting. So I made an appointment for her to come back the following day whenever it was convenient for her to come get her nail fixed.  She was upset and asked for a refund and I told her we don't refund services, which isn't uncommon, but I will gladly fix the polish when I had the chance.  I also tried to reach out to her on Yelp and did not get a response.
