First National Bank Of Marin ruined my credit line Las Vegas Nevada

3 years ago I'd got the credit card offer by mail. It was said that I can get unsecured credit card with the credit of $200.00.

I thought that OK - I can started from small amount and will build my own credit history. I never had credit card before because I'm non-american.

To start I had to sent them 49.00 nonrefundable fee and 200.00 if I want to increase my credit.

I was going to sent them full amount, but then decide to sent just 49.00 AND I WAS RIGHT.

There was no answer from bank within 2 month. I got no credit card - nothing. I was sure that someone just stole me money.

But in two month they started to call me home and asked me when I'm going to pay fee for using 200.00 what they gave to me. I said - excuse me - I even never see a card, what for I supose to pay. They started sent to me card by card - I'd got 5 of them within a month. But I still cannot use them.

The total persentage on this card was rised up to 1400.00.
One of the employers of this Bank called me at my work place and became yeld on me "You know you are in trouble. You don't understand that you are in trouble. You'll go to court"

After they sold my debt to the collection agency, so I've a "nice" credit line for now.
