To be brief.... I had a problem with an internet company, they charged my credit card almost $1,000 and I never got a product and I cant get in touch with the internet company. I called my credit card company once I got my statement and they said they will get in touch with me after they investigate. That credit card company sold my account to First National Bank Of Omaha. I got my statement in the mail from FNBO and called them to find out what was going on with my refund, now they said they will get back in touch with me. I then got a letter in the mail a few weeks later, this letter had no letter head from who sent it on the envelope or on the letter itself, it said the charge will be put back on your account, which read account number xxxxxxx232 ( example) At the end of the letter it stated, sincerely

Jeff Hale , billing resolution services. No where on the envelope nor letter head did it state what the companies name or their address who was sending this, it looked to me that they wanted someone to basically " over look it " and throw it away. The only thing that I could follow up was a number, I called and wanted to see what this was about and who were they, as the letter looked like a scam. They stated that the time process expired and it was to late to do anything about it. Its there fault, they should of looked into the account before they bought it from the other bank. I demanded something be done after talking to jeff hale in custmer services, when I knew they weren't going to do anything about it, I asked to talk to a manager, Lauri Thompson, which again I got no where. She said she will look into it and will call me back directly on my cell phone, she NEVER CALLED. I called again and asked to speak with jeff Hale a month later and he said on that day that I called ( a month later ) they send a request to the business's bank that I was having a problem with, funny, they did it that day I called. So they allowed a company to charge me for something I NEVER got, I'm out almost $1,000 these people where like talking to a wall, they should be ashamed of theirselves. NEVER USE THIS BANK..........l..
