First National Bank Of Texas, Aka, 1st Convenience Bank Allowing unauthorized transactions to make extra money. Through extra NSF fees, daily charging my account $2, for Account Negative Balance Fees. Opening extra checking accounts on my behalf. Misleading me to beleive old checking account was closed. Opening up bogus Savings account(s), which are bonafide checking accounts. Not crediting my accounts for deposits made from PayPal, loans, etc. Wichita Falls Texas

Be careful while conducting business with this bank...I landed my first account with 1st Convenience in a major wreck. Some $900-+. All of charges were NSF's; due to anauthorized transactions trying to withdraw from my account. 1stcb, not only charged me for $33 every time one came through, but also applied $2 per day for a daily account negative balance fee. Without notifying me of any activities happening to my account.

This bank owned by the First National Bank of Texas took all of my Social Security Disability check(s), to cover the cost of this overdraft. I was led to beleive I had overdraft protection. I still owe $200-$300; which is all NSF's and account negative daily fees, and still they want to charge me $10.95 for a monthly service fee. On checking account(s) I was told was free checking with no minimum balance rule. I never received any account statement, description or service agreement.

I notified the main branch of 1stcb. To which they would not give me their physical address. Only stating they were located in Central Texas. After having the hard evidence to prove they are wrongfully charging me. The person who was conversing and conducting business with me, hung up on me twice. Never once did they reveal their name(s).

The only Bank Statement(s) I have ever received; was here recently. I have been banking with 1stcb since October of 2006. This paper statement lists they are located in Kileen Texas. Who knows?

The main office I called, directed me to customer service. I was given instructions to go back to this branch office and it was logged onto my files. Giving me permission to clear this account to -0-. No more debts to either them or me was to be charged. So I did just that and left the duty up to one of their tellers at the local branch. This was on 7/14/07. Is when I closed the first account.

I agreed to open up another checking account before this one was closed. Having found out is against Federal laws. This one teller advised me to open up a savings account too. A few days after I closed the original account. Which was on 7/19/07. He urged me to. Telling me I would not be required to have any money in it. Then gave me a flimsy so called walk-man/flashlight. That fell apart before I got 4 blocks away, the same day! Being a valued customer of theirs, they should have offered me the back-to-school pencil supply bag too. For my child. They did not. Telling me it was only for those who open a new account. This savings account, I found out yesturday; is in fact a checking account. Now I have two checking accounts open, both showing negative balances, and I have not even used either accounts at all. To date!

Since 7/14/07, I withdrew my direct deposit. I have crossed my arms ever since and not made one move on either accounts. Just to see what happens next. Both these new accounts have been actively charging me NSF's and daily account negative fees. Plus some extra charges for balance inquiry fees. Having applied the total of all negative charges on the first account, rolled over into both new accounts. This branch only states rules, as we go. Proving some abuse their powers in authority. Snuffing out those less fortunate. Preying on the innocent who do not even have the chance to know their rights. I am not being told from where all these debits are coming from. All except the PayPal deposit and account verification I made on 8/20. I have money coming through, which is supposed to drop off into this one account I thought was my primary checking account. Still, this bank is only charging me fees and not one of my deposits, money transfers, loans, etc. shows on either one of these new accounts. I will need an accountant, an attorney, and a private investigator, for hire, just to get this figured out. While these greedy selfish ones; thrive off the underpriviledged like parasites. What else do we have left to hold on to and how do we regain what was/is ours to begin with. Like our own God-given rights! I have no financing to pay for all these professional help(s). I have no access to any of my financial tools. I need as of yet. So I live on $593 per month.

I have since May 30th, been going to the local cash-a-check to service my monthly basic living responsibilities. After I purchase my heigeines and toiletries...I have nothing else to pay for the expenses of future goals or my childs future well-being. Making me to look like I am very incompetent. I have monthly medical needs I have to cover too. While living on welfare! I am greatful, but it is killing me to have to do without. While I watch them take from mine and ours. We are living like modern day salves, and it is taking its toll on people like me SLOWLY.

In the past, I have had to endure 22 years of being the victim of Identity Theft. Until recently they found out who, what, when, where, and why's... My credit looks bad, not to mention my criminal history sheets too. I desperately need all my records cleared. While I await proper medical attentions to treat my ailments. I have a hard time trusting Doctors, Lawyers, or Bankers. They are all liable to sell me out, put me out, run me down, spreading lies about me all over town, and violating every Civil Right to properly amend non-prejudicely.
