Complaint Review: First National Collection Bureau - Sparks Nevada
First National Collection Bureau atttempts to get me to confirm and revele my identity and illegal use of auto-dialing in California Sparks Nevada
This company keeps auto dialing my phone number and asking me to select #1 if it is me and #2 if not. Debts that have been abandoned after 7 years can be reactivated if a person acknowledges their identity. And there will be a new 7 years of harassment that has nothing to do with the original account.
Also, In California it is illegal for companies of any sort to use auto-dialing where a computer can endlessly call numbers by sequentially changing all the possible number combinations. When you pick up your phone it triggers a live person from the company.
