First National Credit Corporation Stole From Us Scammed Us Into Up Front Payments One Person Would Lie For Each Others Actions Las Vegas, Nevada

Where do we begin, we were constanstly harrassed and solicited by First National Credit Union and its employees with promises of getting us funding (line of credi)with no personal or business credit questioned. A promise of bringing up our paydexscoreour D & B number to be increased to aid in the lending process. In the economy that we are in we finally after probally a 2 months of harrassment and promises of lending gave a 2500.00 upfront payment with a promise of lending. First National Credit Corporation promises they can get you lending from their various private lenders credit cards from companies with no questions asked. First National Credit Corporationwas made well aware of personal hardship and difficulties with our mortgage company Wells Fargo.

If you look at their website it will clearly state no personal credit needed or checked. This is back in Feb 2010 we never received an improved paydex score nor did we hear anything back from them regarding a paydex score a D & B number we ended up doing a little research on our own come to find out we had a perfect paydex score without the help of First National. Once they received our down payment they sent over a checklist a crazy one at that talking about needing business plans websites for our company things that were never ever mentioned at the time they were asking for our money. One of our conversations with First National Credit Corporation one person in particular David Friedman one the rudest nastiest person i have ever spoken to belittles you into thinking you dont know how to run a business, anyway he said well you do not have a business plan in place i in turn said what is a business plan, he said well its a history of your business finances i said to him why would you want to design a business plan and submitt it to lenders from a company that is in financial trouble and more than that someone who's personal credit has been taunted from the enconmy. David Friedman Mr. Mulahia Kerr, Mr. Eddie Kerr all said dont worry we can get you lending. Mr. Friedman then said to us i can make you an incredible business plan it will only cost you $8000.00 we were like are you crazy if we had 8000.00 to tie up into a business plan we would be applying for lending from you. David Friedman just continued to go on about how important it is to have yet never once being told that we would need a business plan. After saying no way it was amazing that Mr. Edward Kerr called and said we can do you a great business plan for only 500.00 but he said they will need to up the original contract price of 4500.00 to 5000.00 we reluctantly agreed we felt they had already taken 2500.00 another 500 would on increase our chances of getting lending. So here we are up to 5000.00 from 4500.00. So i sent our financial records directly from our company Quick Books Program First National wastold that our financials are not going to show finances that would make a noteable business plan. Why we did this is still baffling us. First National just continued to ask us for papers including personal records which were never to be included in any lending applications and we continued to get denied based on personal credit. First National submitted an application to Wells Fargo which is who they knew we were in a modification program with. I said to them they are not going to approve us.First National then submitted us to a lender where their rate was 29-30% interest rate and payable back in like 5 yearsthat was crazy and you paid them on daily basis. The contract which i have says the rate would be between 5-8% and up to 20 years to pay back we never saw a company or were submitted to a company like this. Then Mr Edward Kerr would never return our calls for weeks at a time and his son Mulahia Kerr would also never return our calls i have several emails phone records requesting very nicely for return calls. Once i called First National Credit Corporation and David Friedman said to stop calling and emailing them that they have other larger customers and do not have time for us. we were like are you kidding. This is after somehow they conned us into another 2500.00 up front now we are 5000.00 into empty lending and charges filed with The Attorney General Of Nevada. First National eventually did after about a month call us but this was after we brought to their attention that they wanted another 2000.00 of upfront monies to cover closing costs. We said closing costs for WHAT!Please do not let anyone from this company SCAM you like they have us they will rip you off big time make promises that no one could keep they will not even call you once they have your money. BE AWARE!
