First National Credit Card Legacy Visa Ripoff Fraudulent Billing Omaha Nebraska

When I first recieved this credit card I didnt recieve a card at all I recieved a bill for a card I didnt have. I called the company and they had sent me a new card because of the fact I had just moved I took this as a mistake. Its now 2 months later and I have yet to recieve a bill I called the company for a payment back in May got how much I owed and an address to send the money order to I have kept calling over the past couple of weeks because they still hadnt recieved the payment yesterday in my mail was the payment it had gotten returned to me I called the company yet again to find out why and found out that they had given me the wrong address to sent it to.

I also found out how much my new bill was so that I could send them the new money order along with the one that was returned as I sat down to dinner with my family I got a phone call from a very abrasive women telling me I need to make my credit card payment in full and when I tried explaining that I had already talked to someone about this earlier she got louder with me and I hung up on her. I called the company back to try and talk to a manager and there wasnt one available so this morning I called to talk to a manager. In this conversation I was called a liar by him telling me that I never made the initial phone call to get the address originally he was rude when I asked for a number to their cooperate office he refused to give it to me. at this point I became loud with him because he wasnt listening to anything I was telling him So now at this point I am charged late fees and over the limit fees for the inital payment they never recieved because of a mistake their employee made in giving me the wrong address to begin with. I continued to ask him for a number to cooperate offices and he refused to give them to me asking me why I wanted them he also refused to give me his name all I could get out of him is that it is Rich and he is the Unit Manager.

All I have to say is this is one h**l of an operation they have going here. They wont send you a bill or even when you try to pay your card on time you still get penalized for it and now they want me to come up with the extra money out of my pocket to pay this bill. Ive let them know the only thing they are recieving from me is the returned money order and the amount they told me was do originally for this month
