First National Financial Group Financial Group Debt resollution promised, Credit rating dropped, no resolution after 1 year of paying $276.80 per month Hallandale Bch Florida

I contracted this company in June 2012. This company promises to resolve your debt by offering creditors a settement agreement. My debt was only $7538.24, I have paid a total $3168.00 as of June 2013.

 The creditors sold the accounts to collection agencies, so now the original creditors appear on my credit report and I now have a new batch of people calling me.  This entire year I emailed and phoned the 2 representatives Stanley Silverman and Jacqueline Mejia, regarding the progress if any, but got the run around.  

I have yet to receive a call regarding any settlement, however, numerous calls regarding payment prior to the monthly due date were received each month.  I attempted to cancel this agreement in May and was offered a reduced monthly amount of $200.00, I paid it in June attached to a letter stating the above and was demanding cancellation of this agreement and a refund according to the contract. They cashed the check but  heard nothing.

On July 3, I emailed both Stanley Silverman and Jacqueline Mejia the following:

"I have not heard back from you regarding the letter I sent. I am requesting cancellation of this as your company has done nothing but ruin my credit even more. You have collected almost half of what I owe and nothing has been resolved. I expect a  refund according to the contract. I am highly unsatisfied and would not recommend this company to anyone. I will place this company's name on Ripoffreport.com, if I do not receive a refund.  The only communication I received from you is when you wanted payment other than that nothing regarding any settlement attempts.Please do not call me via phone, just cancel this agreement and refund my hard earned money. I expect a response to my email."

I have yet to hear from either of them.
