Filed a dispute for fraudulent charges.I was in hospital for 4 months. They tell me thay have reversed the charges but have not refunded any money (charges were paid 100 percent)still continue to deny me a credit limit increase based on activity while I was in hospital. No one from customer service can give me any information about the dispute other than the charges have been reversed and someone will get back to me. They also reported me late to all of the bureaus. If they had a hipaa release form like so many companies do they would see I was in a coma when these charges were made. I plan to get my money back from them and promptly cancel. They charge a fee for everything.

This is the worst card I've ever had.

Still not dealing with disputes that they've been paid for

I faxed another letter to their disputes department. Let's see if they take care of it now or just keep all of the money paid by a disabled guy. I've reported them to numerous agencies.
The dispute spells out everything in easy to understand language. Thank god I've cancelled and now have their competiters cards.06/07/06

You won't believe this

I cancelled my card and paid the balance except for the 7.00 payment fee.Once this cancellation hit my credit report my score went up.This is before my new card with their closest competiter even hit my report.So I actually had less available credit.They still have not done anything of note about ALL of the fraudulent charges I paid them for.

To be fair they did submit an ND for the month they showed me late for based on these charges.I will update if they make any effort to fix this.

Can you believe how bad they are?

I wanted this company out of my life after the complete and utter mishandling of fraudulent charges and my account in general. So I went on to the web site to pay them off. Of course they charge a fee for everything so as I knew this I put my entire balance plus the 7.00 dollar fee to pay online. It would not except this ammount so instead of a zero balance my account shows a 7.00 dolar balance. So I must now waste a check and a stamp to pay them. I have reported them online to the South Dakota attorney generals office for the way they've mishandled my account and breeched the contract by not reporting every month to the bureaus and reporting incorrect balances when they do. I cancelled this card and now have two others in it's place. Both creditors started my with a higher limit and lower APR. Don't use this comopany. You'll be sorry. I just wish I could say which two companies I now use.

I've just submitted a detailed complaint to the Office of Attorney General in South Dakota. Outlining the numerous problems and mishandlings with my account. I've cancelled it but have paid alot of money towards numerous charges I did not make. I disputed them and gave this company plenty of time to handle my complaint. I tried the BBB but of course they don't belong.

Truly the worst company

These people just called me today and told me the investigation into fraudulent charges that I filed over a month ago has not even begun. This whole time customer service has been telling me it was ongoing. So I cancelled the account and paid it in full over the internet.I'm sure they will never refund the hundreds of dollars I've paid for fraudulent charges. Is there a way to make them do this? have two other credit cards and have no problems with them. Everything I try to have done with my first premier account never works. I would appreciate information on who to report them to and how to get them to pay me.

The worst card ever

They also put me over the limit after posting fees to my acount. All of the charges at this time were fraudulent and made by someone else without my permission. I have paid all of these charges but they do not reimburse me.Although all of the charges were reversed. So they now have all of my money and the money they took back from vendors.This must be illegal. I would appreciate any advice as to how to get them to act on this.

I'm giving ripoffreport.com permission to forward my information to anyone that can help. And as always I will donate a few bucks to them after filing. I think anyone who uses this service should do the same. The 5 bucks that I will donate probably won't even pay for the entry of this update. But it is all I can do on disability. Please read the rebuttal from Adam,an employee.I did not count the typographical errors but there are so many it made me sick to my stomach.I type better than that and I only have one finger left.The rest were amputated last year and I'm on disability.If I still had all of my fingers I could probably work for First Premier as an accountant.But they would probably charge me a fee for a calculater because I cant count to ten using my fingers.I would be interested in any legal action being taken against this company and give ripoff report permission to give any and all information to whoever they see fit.I trust them.There are always legal loopholes.Any attorney who knows about litigation should be able to find something.

I think it's the worst card ANYONE has every had.

I would be shocked to find out that they actually gave ANYONE a limit increase. I keep my card paid, either the minimum due, or MORE. Denied for a limit increase 3 times in 2 years. Give me a break. And their fees are insane. What's the difference between an annual fee and a participation fee? NONE! This card doesn't help people's credit, it messes it up, because you can never keep the card paid off. You pay it off in full, then they tack on fees so you can never have a zero balance. It's just stupid. Glad you saw the light. Sorry u had to deal with them in the first place.
