First Premier Bank ripoff, excessive fees, dishonest fraudulent billing practices Sioux Falls South Dakota

This company attempts to get you to sign up for their credit card at 9.9% APR. However the fees are as follows:
Account Set Up Fee: $29.00 (one-time fee)
Program Fee: $95.00 (one-time fee)
Annual Fee: $48.00
Participation Fee; $72.00 Annually (billed at $6.00 per month).
All this for a $250.00 credit limit and after they deduct(add this rather)all this from/to the first invoice you end up with a big whooping credit line of $72.00........Buyer Beware!!!
