i recieved a credit card that i could not activate. several weeks later i recieved a statemant saying that i mysteriously owed a billed that i had never even encountered or activated. the statement said i owed for set-up fees, program fees, annual fees, and oh yes my favorite, participartion fees. it also included info on my credit limits and current charges. i owed of the $400 credit limit they offered me , $178 in purchases and charges that had already been applied to my card, leaving $222 available credit. they charged me $29 for set-up fees, $95 for program fees, $48 for annual fees, and my favorite again, $6 whopping bucks for participating. with an amazing 9.9 apr. boy i'm sure glad i caught this scam i'm one lucky chicky!!!
