First Premier bank has not only ripped me off, and scarred my credit they have harrassed me to pay a bill that they charged 170 dollars in annual fees never disclosing that there were any fees. They have blackened my credit. Called me all hours of the day and night at work they are rude and they are decieving!

the page that had the disclosures on it ....but it was in the envelope. They have to send the disclosures....and they do. I get their mailed offerings all the time....they just get shredded.

You need to be more responsible though.......if you say that they did not disclose this information, you should have asked about it and other terms & conditions BEFORE you aggreed to an account.

First Premier is not deceiving

I have a First Premier card that I have had for years. They fully disclose all up front fees at the time of sign up in their terms & conditions. They are a company that helps people re build their credit and they do charge up front fees. Since opening my account years ago I have received many offers from First Premier bank and they all have fully disclosed these upfront fees. You must read what you sign.
