This business has the worst customer service ive ever seen.. I moved over 7 months ago and changed my address on their website at the same time.. To this day it has not been updated, there is a message still over my old address that says a change of address may take 2-4 weeks? Umm, yea its been like 7 months people...Because of this, guess where my new card got sent ? Now, seems like a easy fix, just call them right? Well, first off there is no number for customer service on their website, wow what a surprise! I had to google it and then saw i wasnt the only one unhappy with this company.. After finally getting the number i called it over and over for weeks at random hours.. What a joke this company is.. Good luck getting thru, ive called prob 100 times or more and get the same message every time.." If you reach this message during business hours all operators are busy...period!" No, putting you on hold, they just hang up after telling you to try later. Total nonsense, i have never got thru one time. I even wrote to the PO BOX, that was over 3 months ago and still no reply.. I have a expired card that i cant use and no words can describe my fustrations with this company. My credit has been fine for years and i have never been late on a single payment. This is the first time ive had a issue with any credit business in 51 years and the last time it will happen with them.. If and when i somehow manage to contact them, i will tell them what to do with their card, im over this nonsense.

It's a subprime card - better that you pay off and close the account

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - (USA)

This credit card is a subprime card. It is better for you to just pay it off and close the account. That way you can open up your possiblities to better credit cards.  No reason to keep a subprime card, especially with the crummy customer service you describe.
