After $960 for 2 packages, there was no package, no travel agent contacted us. The activation fee $120 had been sent as well. Calling for a month for resolution, was told my account was on hold. They have our money, yet there is no delivery. This is hard earned money and I want it back.

Corporations BEWARE!

First select Travel sends flyers on our company fax offering discounted redeemable corporate rates for unused corporate facilities.

I called them several times for different questions, verify validness and check for hidden fees.  They said once they get the fees an agent will get ahold of us to work with setting up our travel plans.

This never happened and after 3 weeks last January, stating no package was received.  I was anticipating a package in the mail as we paid $960 for two packages.  I called and was sent a package via email stating we had to send in another set of papers as activation fee another $40 per person.  Checks were cashed however still no call from travel agent to set up our plans.  This was a Christmas/graduation gift for a son from college.

After the next 3-4 weeks of calls, length wait times, and no response I requested a refund.

They denied saying it had to happen within 3 days of purchase.  I asked for a travel agent and they sent another form for use to sign which stated they were not responsible to full-fill any of the marketing packages claims we paid for.  After a thread of emails, it circled around without any results.  I was informed my account was on a legal hold.

We called to speak with Susan and was told she was always gone talking to corporations. After one call where she did answer, she denied she was Susan, I call our HR department to warn them shut down the ability to have this company send us faxes.  I warned them of the lack of integrity and service not to say rip-off this company is.

This is hard earned money.  This is ROBBERY.  I want my money back.
