The representative for this company are rude, argumentative and practice unlawful means of collecting debt. I phoned to make arrangements to settle the debt by offering a date and information with which to collect the debt. I was informed that if I didn't make a "good faith" payment, they couldn't guarantee my account would stay in their offices. I was late once and offered to pay in full and this was the reception I received...unbelevable!!!
