NEVER TALK TO COLLECTIONS - as you have seen they did not stop calling you because you told them to
IT HAS TO BE IN WRITING - you send them a Cease Communications letter- CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT. Make sure you put the certified mail # on the letter and keep copies for your records. This is required for court

STOP WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME TO YOUR RESCUE - DO IT YOURSELF!
