First Street for Boomers &beyond inc Sold me a chair that they have admitted they knew was not the size chair they sold me. Colonial Heights Virginia

I purchased a sleep lift chair that would got a six ft three man mr Kyle Brooks told me they made the chairs specially for the ht and wt for the person who would be setting in it.i gave them the information twice once to him and once to coustermer service. When the chair arrived it would barley fit me an I am five foot seven not six three and I weigh one hundred seventy five lbs not 220 lbs. when I called coustermer service back a lady naned Jo told me they only sold one size chair. She also told me she listened to the recording where Mr Brooks guaranteed me his feet would not hang over the end that was also a lie. I a not at all satisfied what can I do? We are elderly and I do not want to see this happen to anyone else.
