This girl by the name of Jessica called me after i made an inquiry on facebook. She told me that their company works in direct compliance with the department of education and that it would only be 3 payments of 249 then my student loans would be forgiven. I later found out that someone had contacted my lender pretending to be me just to put my loans on a forebearance. She had reset my password on my FEDERAL STUDENT AID and accessed my student loan data Illegally. I later called back and asked to speak with customer service and a man transferred me to a Jennifer which had the same exact voice as Jessica. I could hear people whispering in the backround as i was speaking with her, it sounds like they are just doing this out of a garage. This person/company must be stopped. I dont want others to fall victim to this deceptive company. I never got refunded my money because they claimed that "the work has been done." I did some research and found out her real name is JUSTINA RODD.
