First student Horrible treatment of workers; everyone is treated like they are unworthy of job. syracuse,new york Nationwide

This company treats employees like they are ripping off company, when they try to get paid for work performed. They minimize everything down to exact minutes and wont let you sign in early even if necessary. They will do everything imaginable to get you to donate your time, standing by. They will tell you to come in early and not pay for that time.

Every thing imaginable will be blamed on drivers that is out of their control. Buses are constantly breaking down and unsafe. Parking for the buses at terminal is impossible; they do not plow and ice will build up and slide across lot, but nothing is done. Huge potholes that will throw your back out even creeping and they will only pay you for so many minutes before you leave yard, so if something ties you up; you will not be paid even though you are signed in.

They want you to keep buses clean but will not allow time to sweep them. Everything has an official way you;re supposed to follow run, but if it takes too long they will have someone ride along to tell you how to do shortcuts to speed it up; despite they tell you not to. There is seldom enough time allowed to make all the stops; absolutely impossible at times and they will still tell you, you must. Of course if you have an accident when they are rushing you, they will hold no responsibility.

 They just continue to chew drivers up and spit them out. Doesnt matter how much experience you have, they will treat you like you know nothing. They are starting to put people on leave for idling too long; and thats even when doing a pretrip inspection or using a wheelchair lift, in which bus has to be running to do. They want all drivers to feel like they are on the edge of being fired at all times. They even stopped having a driver appreciation day once a year because it was too much effort for them. The management, especially at Syracuse terminals is horrendous and it starts at the top and works its way down. From what I've seen and heard; I wouldnt be surpised if he is a crook himself and quite likely a black racist.
