I moved in June 18 and the driveway at my newly built home had a large crack and the finish (aggregate Pebble) had large cracks, was uneven, and discolored.

The superintendant (Chad Taylor) came to see the work and agreed that the work was not done properly and also agreed to have it fixed upon approval from the warranty team. The Warranty people came out and said this is not something they are going to fix. Nothing more.

The contractor approached me and said he will fix it properly because he also agreed that it was not done right. After he did the work, it looked even worse. The contractor stained the driveway a bright orange color which is obviously not acceptable to me nor the HOA. Finally, the contractor came out yet another time and this time stained it brown which is still unacceptable to me and the HOA. Gallery Homes who is responsible for the work on my home has not done anything to help and resolve this problem. Since the problem occured, I have contacted my attorney to bring resolution and cover all expenses incurred as a result of this situation. I hope that Gallery Homes will contact me to do what is right and replace my entire driveway and have it done the right way as soon as possible.
