First texas homes Ripe Off. Breach of Warranty Dallas, Texas

We bought a beautiful house in August 2012 and have had nothing but problems. First the landscaping has eroded away due to poor drainage. Second the outside lights on the garage died. Third, some idiot decided to put. Double oven at ground level so my 2 yr old could open the door. Fourth, the hvac system and ventstlstion is a joke. Twice K&S has been out to look at the hvac and found nothing wrong. I have a cold drafty house thanks to these schisters. Two different hvac companies came out and gave me a list of these causing the house air flow problems. Going to cost me over $10,000 to fix the hvac system alone.

Do not buy from these scam artists. They suck at building and are a bunch of liars.
