This was broght to my attention and this is what actually happened. We were told incorrect information regarding the lates on the mortgage. Everything had to be mailed back and forth which always took 4 weeks. We tried to leave message with no return calls. I check the log sheet. The banks require updated information within 30 days which by the time we received it. The documents had expired. The worst thing is we request all documentation that the banks send the client to us asap. This wasn't broght to our attention until it was too late. We have done over a 1000 modifications and have had no difficulty for the people who respond prior to it being to late.
Thanks
