First Universal Lending Mislead, misrepresented, Attempted Theft, deceptive Business practices Palm Beach Florida

I Am a Disabled Desert Storm Veteran whose Mother is Disabled and on hospice and whose medical went up, as well as still Recovering from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, and last years mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Gustav. Here's my Story:

First Universal Lending Llc, Misrepresents themselves from jump street. Their MO is the same, You are contacted by phone( usually from the Lending Tree.com site) They tell you they can provide a modification and that someone will be assigned to your claim and only they will handle it. Then they tell you how much and once they recieve your deposit They can get to work. Sounds Familar?

Here's the worse part for me,(I was up to date on my Loan, I was instructed to stop payment while they were working on my case, and that they would roll in the missed payments into the loan modification and to use that money to pay off our credit cards)

I fired them on April 28, 2009, they acknowledged my e-mail, However, 2 days after they were fired, and acknowledged that fact, I recieved an e-mail that the charges were refused by my bank, and all work has stopped on my case until payment is made, Then i called my bank and they verified that First Universal Lending, Llc attempted to withdraw their fee, the Kicker? They did this after acknowledged the cancellation of their Services, If this isn't a crime, I don't know what is.
To top it off, I found out The Florida State AG's Office has an open Investigation on their "Deceptive" Business Practices, & Failure to deliever on Promises. You can check it out on their web site.
