i went to this law enforcement website trading as firstratesecurity.com i ordered a expandable baton to wear with my uniform. i placed my order, normally i get some kind of confirmation from other sites, but with them nothing. i called the 1-516-214-4940 number and nobody would answer, only a simple recording. i tried again the next day, and a lady answered. she stated that once the charge to my card cleared that i would recieve a pin number. two days later it cleared my account, but no pin and still no confirmation. i called and called, but now no one will answer my calls (caller id).
it has been nine (9) now and i still havent heard from them. i tried to research the L&D direct inc which shows on my credit card, but i have found no luck. this transaction cost me $ 31.03 but in this day and time every penny counts, especially on a deputy sheriffs salary. if anyone out there can help please email me

This customer did not receive the e-mail that 2 of his items were not in stock. We asked him if he wanted us to ship all items at once or would he like to wait three days until all merchandise was in stock. We received no reply. Once all his merchandise was in stock we shipped via 2 day mail. The client received all his merchandise.
