Firstsource Advantage - ASG - Account Solutions Group Bank Theft Amherst New York

I received a letter from First Source Advantage saying they were in receipt of a post dated check from me in the amount of $1,1999.44 to pay on my American Express bill dated July 26, 2010.  I received the letter on July 30, 2010 and immediately called Josh and told him they illegally took money from my account.  I told him I had called before after they had taken $300 and specifically told him First Source was NOT allowed to take any money from me without authorization.  Josh said, you want your money back?  $2,000 is nothing to us, I'll send it right back.  One word led to another and he said how do I know your check cleared?  I said I didn't send a check, you took unauthorized funds and I am reporting it.  I sent a copy of the money being debited from my account as he requested and nothing has happened.  I called my bank and signed a sworn statement saying I did not authorize this transaction, I specifically denited permission to deduct any monies from my account but they proceeded illegally.  I am contact federal authorities about the numerous laws that have been broken.
