Kenin Fischer showed on the agreed on date, July 10, 2017 to give me an estimate for the removal of our household goods and take to their storage.  Estimate, $ 1,500..  They came for the move on July 17, 2017, paid $3,750.  I began calling them to ask where my things were stored, and what the monthly payments would be.  They kept saying they would call me back.  They never did.  Never gave me the location of my stored goods and never sent me an invoice for storage.

I became uneasy that everything had been stolen.. My husband (75 years old) and I drove to Boca Raton to the address provided as their office.  It was a P.O.Box only.  Somehow we found another address for them in and industrial area of Boca.  We went in and I informed them that I was still waiting for paperwork concerning our storage.  Nothing came, no invoice, no insurance papers, no online payment method.  They told me payment was due 1t of every month.  If it was laste for 2 months, they would sell my things.  I managed to arrange with my bank to send them the payment for the months they had my things.

I never received a reciept nor acknowledgement that they had gotten the payment.  I phoned them in September to arrange for our things to be moved to a self storage on Nov. 15, 2017. My husband and I flew back to Florida on Nov. 14, 2017.  They never showed up on the 15th, nor the 16th.  They finally came on Nov.17, 2017 at 5:00 PM.  When they whad finished unloading the truck snd were preparing to leave, I asked them where the sofa was ?  They answered that it must be in another area of the warehouse and they would bring it next day.  We immediately called their office and they promised it for the next day.

Looking over the inventory, we noticed that there were many other things missing.  They never showed up the next day with the rest of our things, nor the day after, nor the day after that.  Today we are December 9, 2017, almost a month after our original agreement and we have not gotten all our belongings.  Fischer Brothers has essentially stolen our household goods.  They refuse to answer our e-mails and never call back after we contact them to inquire about our things.  Frankly, I don't know how they get away with stealing?!
